MBallou Conde-Kouyate is the senior director and head of Government Banking at Western Alliance Bank. Based in the Washington, D.C., metro region, she leads the bank’s public-sector market expansion strategy, overseeing the delivery of financial solutions designed to meet the complex requirements of government clients.

Ms. Conde-Kouyate joined Western Alliance in 2025 and brings more than 18 years of related experience to the role. Previously, she served as primary business line owner (PBLO) at U.S. Bank, where she was also a government relationship manager for two major federal programs.
