Michelle Robles-Lee is director on Western Alliance Bank’s Startup Banking Team, part of the Innovation Banking Group. Based in San Francisco, she leads strategic initiatives focused on delivering tailored financial solutions for early-stage and high-growth innovation companies.

Michelle joined Western Alliance in January 2025 to oversee a portfolio of startup and venture-backed clients, providing scalable banking solutions to help customers achieve their ambitions. Previously, she served the needs of a wide variety of preferred banking clients in her roles at JPMorgan Chase, First Republic, Wells Fargo and Downey Savings & Loan (which is now U.S. Bank), where she launched her banking career in 2006.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University East Bay.

Chris Martin is the director of treasury management sales for the Western Alliance Bank Specialized Mortgage Services National Business Line, which includes warehouse finance, MSR financing and note finance. As Western Alliance Bank continues to invest and deploy the latest technologies, such as APIs and expanding digital offerings, Mr. Martin's expertise with automation and providing tailored guidance to clients regarding optimizing their financial processes will help drive deposits for the bank.

Mr. Martin has over 18 years’ experience working in the banking industry, with the majority of that time being in treasury management. He held treasury management roles with National Bank of Arizona and Wells Fargo before joining Western Alliance Bank in 2022. Prior to entering the corporate world, Mr. Martin worked on a farm in Missouri and then the food industry in California.

He enjoys volunteering to help students, individuals and small business owners improve their financial literacy.

Mr. Martin graduated from Arizona State University, earning a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and International Business. He studied abroad in Ireland and worked with an NGO in South America as part of his studies.

In his free time, Mr. Martin enjoys spending time with his wife, sons and two dogs. He is also a pretend golfer and pickleball player.
