Mr. Diedrichsen has served as a board member of Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada for seven years, including as treasurer, and volunteers with the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Brad Alvarez joined Western Alliance Business Escrow Services in 2025 as senior director, sponsor and strategic partnerships. Clients benefit from his extensive experience with complex transaction execution across the private equity and mergers and acquisition landscape.

In this role, Mr. Alvarez partners closely with the business development team to strengthen existing relationships and support new client growth nationwide. Leveraging his deep understanding of private equity transactions and deal structures, he also plays an important role in developing and advancing the bank’s Sponsor Services platform.

Before joining Western Alliance Bank, Mr. Alvarez served as vice president of Legal at a San Francisco-based private equity firm, focusing on a high-growth and complex roll-up strategy. Prior to that, he practiced law at Latham & Watkins with the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions group, advising on more than $30 billion in transactions for strategic acquirers and sponsors, including Okta, Broadcom and Intuit.

Mr. Alvarez earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Economics from Harvard University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. A former NCAA Division I Academic All-American skier, he remains connected to the sport through his participation on the Board of the Palisades Tahoe Community Foundation.
